      Welcome to TLT! We are a German Company, operating in the field of recycling techniques. Our separation plants are one of the best in Germany!  Several years ago we developed a technology to separate plastics on the basis of density. Even the smallest difference can be detected and assorted.

      Mixed plastic waste like PE, PP or PET can be re-used only in a few fields. A prerequisite for a successful re-usability is the separation into the different pure fractions of plastics. The financial proceeds and the variety of usage depend on the purity - and thus the quality - of the separated plastic fractions.

      With our machines it is possible to separate PE from PP, PET, PVC, PS and other plastics. A special wet technology- working with sink and swim systems- helps you to separate and recycle the materials. The problems of mixed plastic waste are a thing of the past.

      In addition to the wet separation technology we also developed special fluids, which make it easier to assort the plastic. This effective technology is protected by patent- law. Our technology is used in many companies in Germany. More than 160.000 mto plastic waste (PE, PET, PVC, PP, PS) are recycled with our recycling systems per annum.
